I know that feeling because I have been there too.  The idea that your life is a story and that you have the power to edit and rewrite parts to better fit your wants and needs.  This is something that each of us can work towards - if we want to, of course.

Here’s where I come in - Hello! My name is Janina and I am your therapeutic editor (so to speak).  I will help to support you and provide guidance so that together, as a team, we can rewrite your life story.  You’ll identify the positive characters and events in your narrative and find different ways to highlight them, while rewriting and editing other qualities of your life that may need work.  The first thing that you need to do is simply ask for help.  You’ll find that it makes you a stronger person to have others supporting you.
